A few facts about this Historic building
` Built in the 1880's - 1890's.
` 234 units
` It's on the National Register of Historic Places since 1974
` It was St. Paul's first skyscraper
` It is three buildings all connected and a parking ramp, in all it takes up a city block
` It used to house law firms, banks, restaurants, the St. Paul Pioneer Press offices and in the basement, horse stalls
